[08] FITNESS: Tips & Tricks

hey lovies,

it's important to stay healthy but that's kinda hard during winter sometimes, so here are a few tips on how to stay fit:
  • stay hydrated: drink at least 6 cups of water a day because it's the most essential thing in this world
  • sleep as much as you can because it will make you look healthier and you avoid getting ill easier
  • always stretch before you exercise, that's extremely important
  • if you can, exercise in the morning because your metabolism will speed up and you'll be fit immediately
  • the size of your fist is half of the amount of food that you should eat in a meal, so try to portion your food like that
  • bring your own lunch to school/work because then you'll know what's inside and you can be sure it's healthy
  • eat vegetables or fruit before you eat your meal
  • have five small meals a day because your body can digest it better than three bigger meals
  • healthy eating is more important than exercising
  • when you feel bad eat fruits instead of junk food or chocolate
  • do different kinds of sport
  • try to cut out sugars
  • take the stairs! it burns calories and builds up muscles so easily
  • mix cardio and weight training, both is important
  • reward yourself!
