[12] FITNESS: cardio workout


    Hey lovies,
    There are a lot of great ways to do cardio training, such as swimming, running or jump rope. But if the weather's shitty you can also do a cardio workout inside. Here's an example. Google the exercises if you don't know them.
  1. 30 sec high knees
  2. 30 sec jumping jacks
  3. 30 sec rest
  4. 30 sec burpees
  5. 30 sec mountain climbers
  6. 30 sec plank
  7. 30 sec rest
  8. 30 sec squats
  9. 30 sec plank
