[10] FITNESS: ab workout


    Hey loves,
    I'm soooo sorry for not being up to date with the advent calendar but school and music projects are hella stressy and i just don't find the time to write the posts during all the studying but I still try to make a post for each day.

    Today there's a little (easy) ab workout which is pretty useful during christmas time because there's so much good food, we all know that!

  1. 20 crunches
  2. 10 leg lifts
  3. 15 flutter kicks
  4. 20 bicycle crunches
  5. 10 sit ups
  6. 10 toe touches with your legs in the air
  7. 5 V-sits
  8. 45 sec plank
  9. If you don't know the exercises, just google them, you'll definitely find an explanation!
